Sprint Planning
Where it all starts
Every sprint starts with a sprint planning session. Surprisingly, this is also a super important part of the whole Scrum process. It would be easy to just blast past sprint planning and continue working on the next items on the backlog but this would waste a huge opportunity to be intentional what you are going to do next.

Daily Scrum(life)
How to start your day
Daily Scrums are one of the Scrum ceremonies. In a Daily Scrum, the Development Team comes together to discuss and plan how they are going to proceed towards the Sprint Goal and if there are anything that's stopping them from doing it. Daily Scrums should be held daily and they should last a maximum of 15 minutes.

Best Laid Plans
I did mention that life is complex and hard to predict, didn't I? Now it turns out that one kid is sick, rest of this weeks plans are in jeopardy and that I've launched a blog project couple of days before midsummer.
The last one I might have been able to predict. Precitions are hard to do though, #NoEstimates! ;)

What’s this all about now?
If there's one thing that I'm confident about, it's my nose for good ideas. I'm not the guy who always has the best new ideas. I don't. But I have always been able to identify the best ideas from basically any random collection of stuff. I feel there is just some magical quality about some things that calls out to and makes me pay attention . . .
